Moksha ( मोक्ष) is a Sanskrit word that can be simply defined as: “Liberation from that which holds you back”. Moksha Living is a holistic approach to mental wellness that combines traditional psychotherapy (such as CBT (Cognitive Behavior Therapy), DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy) and ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy) with holistic practices such as: mindfulness, somatic experiencing and hypnosis.
