About the therapist

Nadiyah Edwards

Counseling Intern

I am Nadiyah Edwards (NAH-dee-yAH). Through personal empowerment, people can develop the skills, strengths, and endurance to facilitate progressive change in their lives and relationships.

I am a Howard University Master’s of Social Work – Clinical Mental Health Intern. Therapy with an emphasis on introspective exploration and skill-building contributes to interpersonal and intrapersonal relationship development.
My goal is to support clients with: a safe space, information, and actionable tools to contribute to overall wellness. My holistic approach to therapy prioritizes the mind, body, and spirit relationship. The integration of mind, body, and spirit health facilitates an individual’s ability to connect with the wholeness of themselves and others successfully.
